ATTENTION: ALL corn farmers, producers, co-ops, and elevators: Yira Law Office, Ltd. is involved in litigation with Syngenta relative to its premature release of GMO corn on the world marketplace without regulatory approval. Syngenta released its MIR162 trait corn onto the world market, which was commingled with other U.S. corn as part of the U.S. corn supply. MIR162 corn was released prematurely, before Syngenta obtained regulatory approval by China and other countries. China rejected U.S. corn because of the presence of MIR162 corn, and other countries soon rejected U.S. corn as well. As a result, corn prices for the crop years 2013 and 2014 were adversely affected. This had a profound economic impact on corn growers throughout the U.S. China and other countries have since approved MIR162 corn.

All farmers, producers, co-ops, and elevators that grew, produced, or sold any type or brand of corn, including Syngenta in the crop years 2013 and 2014 are eligible to participate in this mass tort action.

There is no cost to join as a plaintiff in these claims.
